# Agent Testing

> Agent Testing is a security and quality testing service for deployed AI chatbots and customer-support agents. It tests agents for hallucinations, jailbreak and prompt-injection vulnerabilities, brand-safety risks, and policy-compliance failures, and reports vulnerabilities before customers encounter them.
